Information you choose to provide
When inquiry submissions are enabled, forms collect your name, email and optional phone number, plus the business, route or driver-experience information you submit. Use these forms only for business information. Do not submit patient information, medical records or sensitive identity documents.
How inquiries are used
GetGo uses submitted information to respond to questions, assess route requests and evaluate driver inquiries. Submissions are routed through the website's hosting mail service to the configured business inbox. They are not posted publicly or stored in a website customer database. Hosting providers and email providers may process and retain messages and technical logs as part of providing their services.
Technical information and spam protection
The server may record IP addresses, request details and timestamps in hosting logs. The inquiry handler uses a temporary session cookie for request verification and a short-lived record of a hashed network address to limit submission attempts. These are used for security, not advertising.
Analytics and advertising
This version of the website does not load Google Analytics, advertising trackers or social tracking pixels. If analytics or other data uses are added, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
Sharing and retention
GetGo does not sell inquiry information. Information may be accessed by authorized personnel and service providers for responding to inquiries, operating the website, maintaining security or meeting legal obligations. Inquiries are retained as needed for the business relationship or request and applicable recordkeeping obligations; hosting and mail-provider retention settings also apply.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry information through the business contact channels shown on the Contact page when those channels are available. Requests may be subject to required recordkeeping obligations.
Security and scope
We use reasonable safeguards for website inquiry handling, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. This website is not a patient portal and its forms are not intended for protected health information. Shipment-specific privacy obligations are addressed separately in applicable service agreements.
