Effective October 1, 2026. These terms address website use; signed courier service agreements govern contracted transportation.
General information
This website describes GetGo Courier LLC and services available for discussion. It does not provide medical advice, patient transportation or emergency medical services.
Inquiries do not create bookings
A quote, contact or driver inquiry does not create a contract, reserve a driver or confirm acceptance of a shipment. GetGo must separately confirm availability, scope, pricing and handling requirements. No pickup or delivery time, response deadline or service credit is guaranteed unless expressly included in an applicable written agreement.
Availability and special handling
Coverage is subject to geography, operating hours, driver capacity, shipment requirements and operational readiness. Evening, weekend, regional and urgent services require confirmation. Temperature monitoring, electronic tracking and specialized proof-of-delivery technology apply only when available and contracted.
Shipment limits
The shipper is responsible for identifying and properly preparing shipments. Category B (UN 3373) transport requires approval and appropriate shipper-prepared packaging. Category A infectious substances are not accepted during initial launch. Frozen and dry-ice transport are not part of standard launch services and require separate approval before any exception.
Use of forms
Do not use website forms for emergency dispatch, patient information, medical records or sensitive identity documents. Do not submit malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site's operation.
Driver inquiries
Submitting interest does not guarantee work, compensation, employee status or acceptance as a contractor. Any engagement requires appropriate review and a separate agreement, subject to applicable law.
Website availability and third parties
Website information may be updated as services develop. Access can be interrupted, and website forms may be unavailable. External links are provided for convenience; third-party content and services are governed by their own terms.
