Transport of properly packaged clinical specimens and laboratory materials. Category B (UN 3373) shipments require GetGo approval and shipper-prepared packaging.

Temperature-Controlled Transport
Client-specified ambient or refrigerated handling, only when accepted and included in the service arrangement. Equipment and monitoring requirements are agreed before transport.
Initial launch exclusions
Category A infectious substances are not accepted at launch. Frozen and dry-ice transport are not part of standard launch services; any exception requires separate GetGo approval before booking.
Before a shipment is accepted
The shipper identifies the shipment and supplies the required handling specifications. Primary and secondary specimen packaging remain sealed. GetGo confirms the service, equipment, documentation and transport conditions appropriate to the assignment.
Documentation that fits your service
Pickup and delivery records may include shipment identifiers, piece counts, timestamps and recipient confirmation. Electronic tracking, temperature monitoring and specialized proof-of-delivery technology are provided only when available and included in the written arrangement.
Urgent does not mean an unconfirmed guarantee
Response and delivery windows depend on geography, operating hours and capacity. Evening, weekend and urgent requests are reviewed individually. Guaranteed times or service credits apply only when expressly agreed in writing.
